fastpasstv is also very good and reliable. It's quality is better than zshare, and is comparable, if not better, than megaupload. It is flash-based but is much faster than megaupload and you can jump to any part you want.
For divx movies and tvs, i use cinshare.com. The bad thing is that it now works as rss unless you know the original website. As such, you can usually view the last 24hour uploads, but the quality is excellent.
